Following our amazing party in April at the Light and after skipping the May bank holiday all together, You Are We returns in style on Bank Holiday Monday June the 4th for a very special showcase at a brand new space TBA. We have chosen the Monday as we ALL have the Tuesday off thanks to the Jubilee weekend so no work the next day...
Joining us on the day we are very pleased to announce we have a secret headline booking who promises to stamp his mark on the You Are We dance floor. Unfortunately we are not able to officially announce this due to contractual reasons but rest assured, you will not be disappointed.
Also joining us on the 4th we welcome Russ Yallop. Russ has steadily carved a reputation over the past couple of years and has exploded onto the underground house scene. 2011 was a huge year for Russ with releases on Rebellion, Hot Creations, No.19, and Foot & Mouth under his alias B&B. Long-time friend of You Are We Russ Yallop’s sound is infected with deep bass lines, smart samples, jackin’ groove’s-all with true underground pedigree.
No You Are We would be complete without residents Playset, Tom Roberts and Ashley Wild-(hotwaves/mexa) and residents Sandeman & Mr. Dickie whose success as two parts of the hugely successful trio Wildkats (along-side Corey Baker) has catapulted them into the lime light under both alias’s.
